Shipping & Returns

Fine Art Transports
Schiller Art Gallery partners with world-class fine art handlers to ensure the secure and temperature-controlled delivery of your acquisitions globally.

1. Shipping Process

Every artwork acquired through the gallery requires tailored packing and crating. Upon completion of sale, our logistics team will calculate shipping costs based on the exact dimensions, weight, and destination. We provide white-glove delivery, including uncrating and condition checks upon arrival.
Domestic (Belgium/EU): Usually processed within 5-10 business days.
International: Requires customs documentation and specific export licenses for heritage items, taking approximately 3-4 weeks.

2. Insurance & Liability

All outbound shipments are fully insured wall-to-wall by the gallery’s comprehensive fine art policy until the moment they are signed for at the designated destination. Ensure you inspect the crate condition prior to signing the release.

3. Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of the secondary art market, all sales are considered final unless the artwork materially differs from the condition report provided prior to acquisition. We encourage collectors to thoroughly review the high-resolution documentation and provenance history before completing a purchase.

4. Publications & Catalogues

For items in our Publications section (such as exhibition catalogues and monographs), we dispatch via standard international courier. If a publication arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

5. Contact Logistics
